Tendering Scope The Bidding scope is the Containment Spray System (EAS) Nozzles (LOT140M) for 2 (two) CPR1000 Nuclear Power Units, with a total amount of 1040 sets, including the Nozzles’ design, procurement, fabrication, examination, test, spare parts, documentation and necessary services and technical support during installing and commissioning. 3. During the period of announcement, the tenders shall complete the procedure of entering for the tending on the Bidding and Procurement net (CNPEC) http://bidding.cgnpc.com.cn (Remark: Enrolled the net freely is the first step). Beginning of Announcement: 2015-3-24 8:30 am Ending of Announcement: 2015-3-30 17:00 pm 4. Qualified Bidder 1）The Bidder shall be legally registered and with independent legal entity, with registered capital not less than CNY10,000,000.00 ( other currency shall be calculated by the current exchange rate). 2）The Bidder shall be qualified by ISO9000 quality system and in the effective period. 3）The Bidder shall have good bank credibility and financial conditions, and shall have sufficient liquidity to supply the Bidding goods. 4）The Bidder shall have good business reputation, without any bad records of litigation and penalties during Bidding process due to his illegalities. 5）The Bidder who has any bad records of collusion during Bidding process in the past 2 years, or in the state of being investigated by the authority due to suspicion of his collusion during Bidding process, shall not be accepted therefore. 6）The Bidder shall have the ability on designing and manufacture of Safety Classified Nozzles. 7）The Bidder shall have the achievement of nozzles for Nuclear power station or thermal power station (not less than 600MW). 8）Consortium and Agent are not accepted. 5. Files needed for application 1) Business license and Business Code Certificate though annual verification（Company outside P.R.C. shall provide business license and its relevant documents evidence）. 2) ISO quality system certificate. 3) Identification certificate of Legal representative and the power of attorney of legal representative. 4) The relevant documents evidence of design, manufacture, personnel performing test, equipment, and workshop ability shall be provided. 5) documentation evidence of the achievement of Nozzles. Above-mentioned files shall be with official seal. If necessary, the bidding Party will require the bidder to submit original of the above documents for reviewing. Note: If the information of business license of bidder has changed after registration, the bidder should renew the information of registration and submit origin of business license for review within the registration period. Otherwise, the registration will be rejected. 6.
