Application 

海州机械大型环保输泥泵，采用了混凝土输送泵的设计理念，可以输送常规污泥泵输送不了的大颗粒、高粘稠的物料。

By adopting design concept of concrete conveying pumps, HAIZHOU heavy-duty sludge pump is capable of conveying materials with bigger grain size and higher viscosity which cannot be pumped by common sludge pumps.
本产品为多动力驱动、多油泵工作、分体式结构的水平直列双缸活塞式输送泵。几套泵组可同时工作也可分别独立工作。整机主要配套件均选用世界知名品牌，性能优良,质量可靠。泵送机构与动力站完全分离，运输方便、维护保养方便。本产品功率大、效率高，目前已经广泛应用于围海造田、河道清淤、尾矿回填等半流体输送的工程中。 

It is multi-power driven, multi-oil pump, split type horizontal in-line double-cylinder piston type conveying pump. Several pump sets can run jointly and separately. The machine is equipped with components and accessories of world-famous brands with excellent performance and reliable quality. Pumping mechanism and power station are separated from each other for convenient operation, maintenance, repair and transportation. This machine has large power and high efficiency and has been widely applied in farmland, channel cleanout, sewage discharge of mines and other conveying projects of semi-fluid materials.

Features 

1. 分配阀采用“S管阀”，密封性好，使用寿命长。

“S” shaped pipe distribution valve with good tightness and long service life is adopted.

2. 有浮动耐磨环，自动补偿磨损。

Floating wearing ring is adopted to compensate abrasion automatically.

3. 液压系统驱动，能量转换效率高。

Hydraulic system driving makes energy conversion more efficient. 

4. 有反泵功能，可防止堵管。

Reverse-pumping function is available to avoid pipe blockage. 

5. 有自动集中润滑系统, 运动件的使用寿命长。

Automatic centralized lubrication system facilitates longer service life of moving components. 

6. 电气部分采用PLC控制，集成度高，可远程控制。

PLC control for electrical system serves higher integration level and remote-control.

7. 输送效率高，每小时可实际输送淤泥160立方至500立方。

High conveying efficiency realizes 160-500m3/hour sludge conveying capacity.

8. 输送物料的粒径大、密度高、含水低、基本不破坏物料的原始状态，物料输出时为膏状或柱状。（根据型号的不同可输送少量粒径50mm-150mm的物料）

Materials conveyed have large grain size, high density and low water, the original status of materials is not damaged during conveying, Materials are pasted or columnar when they are discharged. (A small amount of materials with 50mm-150mm grain size can be conveyed according to different models)

9. 管道压力高，最大压力可达160公斤。能满足水平长距离或垂直大高度的输送要求。可水平输送物料2500米以上，也可以垂直输送物料250米以上。（不同型号的输送管道的压力不同）

Pipe pressure is high, and the maximum pressure can reach 160kg so that it can meet conveying requirements of longer horizontal distance and higher vertical height. It can convey materials for more than 2500m horizontally and for more than 250m vertically. (The pressure of conveying pipe for different models is different)

10. 可根据客户的现场情况与施工工艺为客户量身打造最佳方案，如：整机做成整体式还是分体式结构、固定在船上还是工厂内部、主动力选用柴油机还是电动机、是否需要加装振动筛，是否需要加装物料止回装置，是否需要预留外接电源、是否需要无线遥控器，是否需要管路润滑系统等。

We provide the preferred customized solutions for customers according to conditions at site and construction process. For example, machine can be integral or split type, machines can be fixed on ships or in plants, main power can be diesel or electric, vibration screen/material stop device/external power source/wireless remote controller/pipe lubrication system can be provided additionally as per customer requirements.
