 QD-116 Cleanser for calcium sulfate

一、性能： I. Performance
 本品主要成分为由羧酸、羟基、酰胺基等官能团构成的高分子聚合物。专用于清除硫酸钙垢难溶垢。药剂pH值为7， 中性溶液，不腐蚀金属；对人体无毒，废液可以安全排放。清垢高效、彻底，且不产生氢脆现象。
 The main component is macromolecule polymer, which is composed of functionalgroups such as carboxyl, hydroxy and amido. It is specially used for calciumsulfate cleaning. The reagent（pH 7.0）does not corrode me-tal. The dischargedliquid is non-toxic and can be drained safely. In addition, it can remove scaleeffectively and thoroughly without hydrogen embrittlement.
 二、应用范围：II. Scope of Application
 石油、化工、造纸、酿造、机车等循环冷却、冷冻、加热水系统的停车清洗和不停车清洗，

或者单件设备的局部清洗。主要针对硫酸钙垢型，垢的硫酸钙含量越高，清洗越快越彻底。
 Inoperative or operative cleaning for circulating water cooling, freezing andheating systems of the petroleum, chemical, paper making, brewing and locomotiveindustries. Also for partial cleaning of single equipment. Specially used forcalcium sulfate cleaning. The greater the amount of calcium sulfate, the fasterthe speed of operation and the more thorough the clean.

 四、使用方法：IV. Instruction for Use
 1、用量：根据垢的含量、厚度及硬度情况投加药剂原液，或者由技术员现场制订投加方案。
 Dosage: According to amount，thickness and hardness of scale, or make decisionswith  technicians on site.
 2、由循环泵吸入口投加，构成循环。或者浸泡、喷淋也可。
 Add from circulating pump inlet to form cycle, soaking or spraying capability.
 3、根据垢量运行6到24小时，流速不限，然后置换排污至浊度＜10mg/ L，或目测水清为止。
 Operate for 6-24 hrs according to the amount of scale, with no limitation onflow rate. Then discharge until the turbidity is ＜10mg/ L, or the water is

clear by sight.
 4、如是单体设备，可以浸泡或喷淋清洗，待垢全部软化溶解后，用水冲净即可。 
 Soak or spray for single equipment cleaning, then wash with water until allscale is softened.
 五、包装贮存：V. Packing and Storage
 25kg/塑料桶，或200 Kg/塑料桶，阴凉干燥处可存放一年。
