结构特点／STRUCTURAL FEATURES

● 转鼓采用双相不锈钢整体离心浇铸，进出料口使用特殊耐磨材料，强度与刚度远高于普通不锈钢，振动更小、耐腐蚀、耐磨性更好，使用寿命更长；

● 采用大长径比结构，加长了沉淀区，延长了分离时间，处理量更大、效果更好；

● 旋转结构具有针对性，既保证出泥干度又使排渣顺畅；

● 独有的渐开线行星齿轮差速器，具有传动比大、差速度和扭矩可以灵活调节；

● 特制型钢机架，承载力大、不变形。确保设备稳定运行；

● 旋转叶片耐磨部件为专用耐磨和金材料，保证耐磨随强度，保证无破裂故障。

● Drum is made of duplex stainless steel with integrated centrifugal casting. Inlet

and outlet of the drum is made of special wear-proof materials, which the strength and rigidity is much higher than normal stainless steel. Vibrations are reduced greatly while become more corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant,  wear-proof and durable.

● Structure with large length-diameter ratio is used. Sedimentation area is prolonged, which extends the time for separation and leads to higher handling capacity and better effects. The helical structure is able to ensure not only the degree of dryness of output sludge but also the smoothness of deslagging.

● Exclusive invalute planetary gear differential has large ratio of transmission, flexible differential speed and torque.Specially manufactured steel fra-me work has large load capacity and is not liable to deformation, which ensures the stable operation of the equipment.

● Helical blades are made of special purpose wear-proof alloy materials to ensure

capacity to resist wear and tear and break.
