LWN系列离心机结构特点/ FEATURES OF STRUCTURE 0F LWN SERIES CENTRIFUGE：

● LWN系列石油天然气钻井液净化专用离心机，有工频双电机驱动、变频双电机驱动等形式。该系列离心机采用整体机架结构，现场安装与吊运方便，并采用了专门的隔爆、防腐、耐温及减振处置，适用于野外作业。

● 该系列工频离心机采用液力耦合器驱动转鼓，通过行星齿轮差速器调整螺旋转速，实现低速大扭矩动力传递，并设有机械及电器双重过载保护装置。内螺旋均用硬质合金镶片，并且采用特殊悬架式结构设计，叶片耐磨损程度高，整机处理量大。

● 该系列变频离心机能方便地适时改变转鼓与螺旋的转速，特别适用于物理性质变化大的钻井液的处理，变频器和其他电器元件均安装于专用的隔爆变频柜内，隔爆柜具有加热和通风系统，能适用于野外气候变化。

● LWN series oil & natural gas drilling fluid purification centrifuge can be driven by double motors in power frequency or variable frequency etc. This series of centrifuge is of integral fra-me structure, which is convenient for on-site installation and lifting. Special treatments for resisting explosion, corrosion, high temperature and vibrations have been carried out to make centrifuges of this series very suitable for field operations.

● This series of centrifuge uses drum that driven by fluid coupling. Speed of helix can be adjusted by the planetary gear differential to realize slow transmission of power with large torque. Both mechanical and electric overload protective devices are equipped. Inner helix is made of hard alloy and adopted special suspension type structure. Blades are strongly resistant to abrasion. Handling capacity of the whole machine is very great.

● Variable frequency centrifuge can easily real-time change the rotation speed of drum and helix, which makes it very suitable for treating drilling fluid with changes in physical property. Transducer and other electric equipments are all set in the appropriative explosion-proof cabinet which is equipped with heating and ventilating systems. Therefore, this kind of centrifuge also applies to the field weather.
